Why you shouldn’t buy a puppy from a puppy store
There is a huge difference between people who breeds dogs and you should be aware of that when you are thinking about buying a dog. It is easy to go to a store and to fall in love with a puppy in one of their cages, even feel sorry for them sitting in a cage, but where do they get their puppies from?
Most, if not all puppy stores, get their dogs from breeders who is in it for money. No serious breeder will sell to puppy stores. You will never see a papillion puppy from Crisanda Papillons in a puppy store for example. People who are in it for the money don’t care about the dogs at all. They are called puppy-mills and breeds dogs out of greed. Their dogs live in filth, small cages and have a miserable life. Lots of puppies are sick with kennel cough, worms, bad coats and not bred to standard.
People can go to puppy stores to look at the different dogs they have or go to a dog pound, but they need to stay away from puppy stores to buy one.
People should stay away from most web sites that have puppy ads too. Why is that? The reason for that is that most of them don’t care who advertise their dogs on the web site. 95% of the ads is from puppy-mills and scammers. One good indication of a scammer is that they do not have a web site and if they do they have stolen puppy pictures from a real breeders web site and use them to sell their puppies.
One web site that you should use is PawsitesOnline.com. Every ad has been screened and all breeders who advertise is a serious breeder so if you plan to buy a puppy, that is the only website we recommend.

Apartments for rent in Marbella have reached an all time high and is becoming a serious contender for the top spot over the next 10 years as the holiday accommodation of choice over staying in a hotel. The move from organised hotel hollidays to serviced private apartments and villas in Marbella allows more freedom and space comparable euro for euro to the space and accommodation facilities of a hotel.
Some hotel chains will always do well, the likes of Marriott in Marbella are of a consistent hight quality and reputation that whatever happens in the Marbella holiday accommodation arena, such chains will continue to attract clientelle. Yet Marbella as a tourist destination is attracting large numbers of Europeans and British that are looking for value holidays that come with a high level of comfort and facilities and this is where the chains are finding it more difficult to compete.
I looked at over thirty different Marbella apartment booking agencies and in excess of 100 apartment and villa properties scattered around Marbella during the 2008 season and for a “home from home” experience - the answer is clearly private Marbella Apartments and Marbella Villas booked through reputable agencies such as Rentin-Marbella or holiday lettings are an exceptional way of enjoying a quality holiday in your very own apartment or villa in one of the most sought after areas of the Costa Del Sol, Spain.
The grey flight of the third age of semi retirees and retirement types have been flocking to Marbella for winter breaks for quite a few years now, but the mainstream are now realising what a great adventure and unique way of holidaying - having your private holiday apartment or villa can be. Many villas have their own pools, and apartments generally have a shared pool - some even heated during the winter months. An apartment advertised by Rentin specifically promoted the onsite feature of a childs park and splash slides, so the third age clearly are not having it all their own way now! A presentative of Rentin-Marbella pointed to their continued expansion of private property owners wishing to place properties with them was maybe due to their sites modern appeal to mainstream holiday makers and the increase in people seeking holiday opportunities on the Internet instead of just relying on the high street agents.

A property auction is an event where an auctioneer assembles people who are looking to buy property, or offer it for sale. Usually, these properties are listed in a catalogue. A property auction is an excellent route to buying your first home. Auctions are often the fastest and most efficient means of buying properties on the cheap.
Costa Blanca Property Auctions offers a quick sale on a specific date and the purchaser, or the vendor for that matter, cannot change their mind once the hammer has fallen, as this is contractually binding. A wider variety of commercial and residential properties are offered at auction. Property auctions might sound like the perfect place to purchase your dream home cheaply. The problem is that you need a strategy to become the winning bidder.
If you have a property for sale andalucia then u can maximise the price as competition mounts between bidders, and the buyer can be confident that the deal is done when the hammer falls.
At property auctions costa del sol bidders must declare whether they are acting on behalf of the vendor, the vendor’s agent or the auctioneer. The bidders are able to check the list of all registered bidders to satisfy themselves that the list at least appears to be bona fide. Bidding starts at the amount of taxes due at the date of the sale. Bidding does not start at zero.
Price sensibly, but don’t get into a price war. Prices show the minimally accepted bid plus a small fee for our services we submit the bid on your behalf and also the required down payment, which must be submitted by cashiers check at the auction on Wednesday . We will be at the auction and will have to spend Tuesday in the bank getting the cashiers checks. Prices are usually very competitive and often cheaper than on the high street.
Investing in real estate could lead you to true wealth and financial independence. This business is the only key to the lock named insecurity. But please remember that investment properties, and those sold at property auctions are often in need of modernisation, including central heating, windows, fixtures and fittings.
Selling your house at auction is an increasingly popular way of selling your house. Last year alone, more than 30,000 properties - 8% of all the properties sold in the UK - were sold at auction.
