Taking Care of Your Older Horse

If you have ever owned a horse or regularly ride one, you have come to realize what wonderful animals they are. Horses are smart and have an amazing memory. Once they know you and trust you, they will be loyal for life. There are many stories of how horses have saved their owner’s lives.

Owning such a horse gives years of fun and companionship. For this reason, when they age it is important to continue this relationship by looking after your senior horse.

Just as we humans notice temperature changes more as we age, it is important to be sensitive to the conditions that your horse is in at this stage of their lives. They aren’t able to do as well with extreme temperature changes. It’s always a good idea to keep a blanket handy in the colder days especially if you live in a higher elevation or where there are cold seasons. In the same way be sure to provide at least one or two shady spots where your horse can escape from the direct sun.

Unless there is a medical reason it is good for your horse to stay active. Although he might not be working, exercise is essential to keep limber, make use of their lungs and other body parts as well as having the joy of experiencing the world around them. Turning him out will also keep the weight gain low and his spirits high.

As your horse ages, his body will go through various changes. This includes his stomach and digestive system. It is essential to feed your horse in with these changes in mind. There are several great supplements in the market that make up for deficiencies in nutrient absorption of senior horses. A favorite is TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM. One of the things that it does is promotes proper feed digestion and nutrient absorption. Another great feature is it supports the equine immune system with superior antioxidant activity.

Have you ever noticed that many senior horses stress easier? My favorite feature of TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM is that it contains adaptogens to help relieve stress. They are much calmer and relaxed. TAHITIAN NONI® Equine Essentials FlexTM was formulated with horses who suffer from joint problems. It supports joint function but also includes MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate as well as the Omega 3 and 6 oils found in the TAHITIAN NONI® Equine EssentialsTM. It has given many a horse a new lease on life. In Australia its trade name is Tahitian Noni™ Equine Formula™  .

Horses can have happy and healthy lives into their 30’s and 40’s if given the proper care, love and support.

My Herbal Bowel Cleanse Free Trial? Startling Consequences …

It’s difficult teaching an old dog new tricks and it took the tearing pain of extreme stomach cramps for me to cave in and finally seek professional help. Sit tight because I’m going to lay my story bare for all and it could get a mite icky here and there! I hope you have a sound stomach…

Howdy, I’m Mike and over the last few years before I discovered this homemade cleanse recipe page I had been tolerating problems with weight gain, bloated stomach, nominal energy levels and concentration and a whole boatload of other complexes which have all in all made me feel kind of debilitated most of my life. Everything was ticking along happily in my teenage years and then when I reached 23 a freak mishap flipped my world inside out.

I suffered just like everybody else but for whatever reason I had more trouble saying goodbye than others. I lightened my burden by pigging out on junk and worse than that, the foods which relieved me the most happened to be the ones which crushed me to the greatest degree. Tons of carbohydrates and oily foods and then bumper bars of chocolate and sweet sparkling drinks. Basically, hugely refined food.

I had no idea that as time was passing my stomach & colon were having trouble with this food. But I had no will to rock the boat. I was jovially unaware in my own sparse world tucked away from the real world with my shakes! Then a couple of years ago I began suffering these horrid stomach aches and extra wind. It wasn’t very agreeable at all.

Despite the fact that I was consuming food like nobody’s business my movements were not at all regular and occasionally I’d go a couple of days without emptying my colon! In the end my ailments got to the point where I had to see a doctor. He diagnosed me with ever-present constipation and also advised me that I was profoundly overweight. He endorsed drastic changes to my diet and a rigid course of workouts. This did work for me at a certain level but I heard my body telling me I was in need of something more.

It was around this stage of my life an associate of mine got me to try one of the premium best colon cleansing products available at the time and yes I was unconvinced to begin with but my mind was forthwith to change. My buddy persuaded me to give it a test and wow am I happy I did! Over the course of 3 days the load of dross which was blown out of me was something to behold. I lost seven pounds in 8 days! Not only did I shed the blubber, nearly all my unfavorable disorders faded away. Colon cleansing certainly did the business for me.

I have not looked back since. Oh my god! It’s amazing. I now investigate all the dual cleanse colon cleanser and for me it was a simple matter of just giving it a go and since I tracked down a free thirty day trial on the interweb of this fascinating product my risk is minute. Since I had great reward I have predictably taken the next step and enjoyed additional treatments. My intestines aren’t giving me problems any more, I am blessed with endless energy and I feel like a weight has been lifted! Heartily recommended.

The Secrets of Exercising During Pregnancy

Exercise during pregnancy is the single most important thing to stay in shape during your pregnancy and avoid weight gain to stay in shape during your pregnancy and avoid weight gain. Often women are expecting they are under the misconception that they can eat everything they want and slack off on their exercise. Researchers have found that this can be dangerous to both the baby’s health and the mom. To take special care of both your baby and yourself the single most significant thing you must do is to start with daily exercises during pregnancy and start a healthy diet plan to lower your appetite.

So how do I know what’s the right exercise during pregnancy? At first, it is really important to know that too much exercising during pregnancy is as wrong as being too stationery without any exercise.

But what’s not okay with no exercise during pregnancy? During pregnancy your body gets a little bit off balance because of the extra weight gain. This and the position on the foetus can place a lot of tension on your back. Through workout it’s possible to avoid a lot of back pain by strengthening your back muscles.

Another problem with being without exercising during pregnancy is that you can gain too much weight and gain too quickly. Doctors recommend not to gain any weight during the first trimester. During the second and third trimester you should gain no more than about a pound a week. By gaining more than the recommended amount it can induce cardiovascular health problems for the baby and you

Doing overmuch exercise during pregnancy can also be harmful for the baby and you. Working out too much puts a lot of stress on your body. Since a woman’s ligaments become more fragile during pregnancy in order to adjust to a growing body and the growth of a foetus, extra strain can cause you to severely injure your body. Workout too much can also make it more difficult for the baby to develop properly. Sometimes a miscarriage can even occur since the development of the baby is affected so much.

So during pregnancy how do I know how much to exercise? Basically doing a good twenty minutes of workout every day should be sufficient for keeping baby and mom healthy. Generally you can workout more than this, but you have to be careful about the type of workout that you are practicing. You can benefit from good aerobic exercises such as yoga, swimming, and walking while pregnant. Anything that causes the possibility of falling, bouncing, or getting up a too high heart rate you must avoid. Most non-contact sports are okay to keep going with as long as you do not overwork yourself and you’re excessively careful with your body. Jogging is great to continue if you love it. But keep in mind that during pregnancy you should not jog more than two miles each day.

So if you are planning on going to having a baby or you are already pregnant, start an exercise routine right away. Safe exercise during pregnancy is the right option to hold the baby and you healthy and to keep in shape while pregnant. Another really important recommendation is to talk to your dietician or doctor on how to have a proper diet for the expectant months, since a right diet is very important for the baby and you as well.
