Making Money Online in a Web 2.0 World
Waaaay back in 2006, even 2007, you could throw up almost any website populated with some Adsense ads and not much content and make a killing; but not any more.
Google now has eyes in the back of its multi-tiered head, and they seem to be peering into every corner of every website, looking for fatal flaws that allow Google to scream out “Gotcha!” … followed by that sickening thud as your website drops out of the rankings, or your previous 10 cent PPC bids zoom overnight into the $10 range.
Can you say, “Bye-Bye Internet Wild West Days?”
Yes, that was a good time for everyone. The web was easy, the money could be had with little effort, and you didn’t even have to be polite about it.
But as they say, “There’s a new sheriff in Town,” and Google 2.0 is not exactly the friendly, forgiving sort.
So what’s a newbie but serious marketer to do?
Here are a few thoughts to help you succeed:
(1) Invest in ongoing training in internet profit techniques with a reputable company like Maverick Money Makers Club. Headed by self-made internet millionaire Mack Michaels, the club consistently exceeds expectations with a dozen or more new hours of training video each month.
Mack is an exceptional communicator, and his videos are models of clarity and usefulness. And unlike many fly-by-night outfits that just throw a bunch of generic videos in a membership site and call it quits, he personally records his own super-detailed videos, some of which run more than an hour.
His full-time support staff is always just an email away, and they have been very responsive to questions and problems. Because the internet (Google) shifts paradigms every 12-18 months, any marketer who does NOT invest in ongoing training will soon be outdated … and out of income.
Don’t let it happen to you. Plan for quality training — and a group like Maverick Money Makers is a great place to start.
(2) Invest in speedy website power-building tools like those offered by Niche Dominator.
Cam Forbes is a genius at designing slick-looking websites that mimic blogs, but which are easier and more flexible to work with in a variety of niches. He has also provided built-in monetization for those just starting out, so it is much easier to capture niche traffic, but with high quality rather than cheap or shoddy-looking websites.
Cam thinks you should be able to spend your time researching niches and keywords and actually making money, rather than tedious hours building your websites (before you even know if they will succeed.)
His website templates have allowed me to easily capture Google Top 10 rankings in less than a day several times. Needless to say, “Google loves his website templates.” You will, too.
(3) My grandfather was a carpenter, and he always insisted on great quality tools. If you plan to run a true BUSINESS on the internet .. rather than a hobby, you need to invest in quality tools as well, but tools that are efficient in reducing your workload, as well as in creating income.
Since much of internet business revolves around keywords, you should consider them the lifeblood of your business. And while there are many keyword tools out there, I consider Micro Niche Finder THE one I would not want to do without.
James Jones’ Micro Niche Finder rolls many functions of multiple other separate tools into one simple interface that is not only easy, but actually fun to use.
If you need to find keywords for any project, including LSI keywords to make Google happy, you simply can’t find a better tool at any price … and what a surprise, Micro Niche Finder costs less than most other tools, runs on your own PC, and James provides exceptional ongoing support with automatic updates each time you crank it up.
Surviving on the internet requires planning for success, and the proper tools. Don’t be distracted by the latest fad; choose quality tools from proven companies backed by individuals with integrity, and you can’t go wrong.

Investigate before starting a home business
Make a million before the end of the year! Ugh, not another lame marketer! Not another one! I don’t know about you, but all you need to remember is you need to do your “Due Diligence” first!
Be prepared to investigate a home based business that you think you could do well at. Your choice of a company will depend on whether you are business oriented or product oriented or people oriented. Just make sure and ask a lot of questions before jumping in to the next latest and greatest company such as:
- How long has the company been in business?
- Any business under 5 years is risky.
- What kind of science is behind the product and has the company conducted independent research and studies as well?
- Google the company to find out more information on them.
- How does the compensation plan work?
- What is the Buy-in to get involved and is it necessary to get to the higher levels? My advice…I’d stay away from any program that requires a large buy-in if you pay more money. Large buy-in to me is, “What am I willing to lose?”
- Is there inventory that needs to be purchased? Usually get them from large buy-ins.
- Importantly, who you join with will determine how successful you will be in the business. A helpful and available support structure is critical to succeeding.
- What kind of training? |What kind of support? |What are the resources and tools does the company have to help you be successful?}
The networking business over the past 10 years or so is gaining much more popularity and is gaining respect from people such as Robert T. Kiyosaki and Donald Trump in their book, “Why We Want You to Be Rich”. Since there is a low risk in capital and a good proving ground to see if you do have what it takes to build your own business from the ground floor if you have done your homework.
Scam sites are really negative, I don’t like visiting them because I feel like there is nothing good to even start doing. They are very negative people and have nothing to say good about anything except their site.
Here is another way to make good income on the Internet.
Earn money by learning how to build profitable websites using affiliate programs such as Google Adsense, Amazon Affiliate program, LinkShare, and PayDot just to name a few. Build your site, and promote it in a personal review.
You can see some examples like these Alkaline Water or Market Samurai or in Garmin GPS Handhelds.

Dave Guindon’s Newest Software is ExitSplash
Tuesday April 4/21/09 Dave Guindon is FINALLY revealing his closely guarded software which has been stuffing his sites with prospects & sales! Take a few moments to see what I am talking about through the following hyper-link:
Dave has been secretly handing out this software to fellow partners in his online inner-circle resulting in remarkable response rates! The famous Michael Cheney stuffed more than 20,000 new leads into his sales funnel using Dave’s tiny but powerful script!
One other high profile online marketer named Michael Jones tested this small piece of software into one salespage with crazy results! He increased his optin rate by 325 percent and accounted an additional $4,329 into his bank account!
But, apparently Dave has more up his sleeve! The script he was handing out for people to test was a tamed down version of the final script! Dave came up with 3 additional impact features that increase response rate by another 100 to 300 percent!
In fact, you can see it in action NOW. Go to the link on this page and try closing your web browser after the page loads. You will notice the alert windows, the impact image at the top of the page, as well as the impact audio message.
Go try it … to see what I mean:
Pretty cool don’t you think? I also heard rumors he is including a few more very powerful scripts you can quickly place into your exit pages. And by the way Exit Splash works … I can’t wait to see what else this Dave is inventing!
For now, get over to the site and view the video as well as the customer testimonial videos It’s worth your time:
I forgot to mention Dave plans to reduce the price by at least 30% during the launch period.
So make sure you write down this date & time: April 21, 2009 @ 9:00am PST
