Why You Should Consider a Free SEO Training Course

So why should you consider a Free SEO Training Course? Whether your business is established or still climbing the slippery slope to become established, achieving and maintaining a highly visible Internet presence is vitally important. Business owners recognize that their customers are online and in order to connect with them they too need to be online.

However, there is a big difference between simply launching and maintaining a web site and developing a valuable online asset that generates leads, sales or opt-ins. Without an effective online marketing and search engine optimization strategy your website is unlikely to ever reach its true potential.

Outsourcing your SEO requirements to a professional Search Engine Optimization Company can be expensive, especially for a new start business working to tight budgetary constraints. So what other options are there out there?  You might consider some Do It Yourself search engine optimization; the web is a great place to find information on SEO. There are thousands of websites, blogs and forums online offering everything from certificated SEO training to free advice and tips.

No one knows your products, customers and long term marketing goals just as well as you do. And other than yourself and any stakeholders you might have it would be difficult to find anyone with the same desire for your business to be a resounding success. The advantage of SEO Training is that it gives YOU the skills to manage your own SEO incentives and achieve top search engine rankings.

So when you are ready get a coffee, roll up your sleeves and type ‘Free SEO Training Course’ into Google.

Mortgage Best Buy Deals - Where to Find Them!

Mortgages are a topic close to many of our hearts, and for a lot of people finding the right Mortgage Best Buy Deal is an important way for them to potentially save thousands of pounds over the life of their mortgage. A small change in interest rates if on a Variable Rate Mortgage, or choosing a Mortgage Deal which gives a slightly lower monthly repayment, can build up to a tidy sum when taken over 25 years.

Little wonder, then, that Mortgages and Remortgages are the topic of much discussion on a large number of websites, blogs and forums, not to mention down the pub or amongst families, friends and work colleagues.

This new site, MortgageBestBuy.Org, offers informal advice to visitors who are looking to take out a mortgage as they buy a house, or as they remortgage for a better deal while staying put in their existing house.

There are many points to consider, including

  • Up front arrangement fees
  •

  • The length of tie-ins
  •

  • Early Redemption Charges
  •

  • Fixed versus Variable Interest Rates
  •

  • The different types of Tracker mortgages
  •

  • Bad Credit Remortgages
  •

  • Mortgage Self Certification.
  •

The author gives a personal view of the pros and cons of Fixed Remortgage Rates as compared to Variable Interest Rates, to help people decide for themselves which is right for their own personal circumstances.

Considerations around Bad Credit Remortgages are also touched upon, with some advice to visitors over where to go for those who find themselves in this position.

Mortgage Self Certification is also a topic much in the news, and we’ll post more on this topic later.

In the meantime, why not visit MortgageBestBuy.Org for some informal and impartial advise on choosing your next Mortgage or Remortgage Deal.

Investigate before starting a home business

Make a million before the end of the year!  Ugh, not another lame marketer!  Not another one! I don’t know about you, but all you need to remember is you need to do your “Due Diligence” first!

Be prepared to investigate a home based business that you think you could do well at. Your choice of a company will depend on whether you are business oriented or product oriented or people oriented.  Just make sure and ask a lot of questions before jumping in to the next latest and greatest company such as:

  1. How long has the company been in business?
  2. Any business under 5 years is risky.
  3. What kind of science is behind the product and has the company conducted independent research and studies as well?
  4. Google the company to find out more information on them.
  5. How does the compensation plan work?
  6. What is the Buy-in to get involved and is it necessary to get to the higher levels?  My advice…I’d stay away from any program that requires a large buy-in if you pay more money.  Large buy-in to me is, “What am I willing to lose?”
  7. Is there inventory that needs to be purchased?  Usually get them from large buy-ins.
  8. Importantly, who you join with will determine how successful you will be in the business.  A helpful and available support structure is critical to succeeding.
  9. What kind of training? |What kind of support? |What are the resources and tools does the company have to help you be successful?}

The networking business over the past 10 years or so is gaining much more popularity and is gaining respect from people such as Robert T. Kiyosaki and Donald Trump in their book, “Why We Want You to Be Rich”.  Since there is a low risk in capital and a good proving ground to see if you do have what it takes to build your own business from the ground floor if you have done your homework.

Scam sites are really negative, I don’t like visiting them because I feel like there is nothing good to even start doing.  They are very negative people and have nothing to say good about anything except their site.

Here is another way to make good income on the Internet.

Earn money by learning how to build profitable websites using affiliate programs such as Google Adsense, Amazon Affiliate program, LinkShare, and PayDot just to name a few.  Build your site, and promote it in a personal review.

You can see some examples like these Alkaline Water or Market Samurai or in Garmin GPS Handhelds.
