Don’t bounce the bar off your chest but do touch your chest with the bar. Control the weight bar and never push it up unevenly. Plant your feet fixed wide and apart. Don’t move the bar too fast upward. Touch the middle of your chest with the bar. If you use correct technique, you surely will build a bigger bench press! Gaining Weight For Dummies
There is so much focus in the health industry about people wanting to lose weight, get rid of fat and celulite that it’s easy to forget that there are skinny people in the world to who dream of gaining weight and building muscle. There is lots of information on the market for people who want to lose weight but there is not too much high quality information for somebody who wants to gain weight. To make matters worse for thin people the small amount of information that is available to them is often confusing or does not address the specific needs of someone with this type of body.
Hardgainer Project X is a brand new program just for skinny guys that is a very good source of knowledge. This is a guide created by Jeff Anderson that addresses the needs of hardgaining ectomorphs (skinny body types) and puts all the information together in a powerful guide. Hardgainers face many prolbems in their goal to build muscle and to gain weight, things such as: their super fast metabolism system, their complete lack of appetite and what exactly are the best exercises specifically suited for skinny people.
Hardgainer Project X is a fantastic resource that covers all areas and angles that face hardgainers who just want to gain weight and muscle as fast as possible. Apparently Jeff Anderson, the creator of the program has always been interested in studying ectomorphs and he had been doing that for 6 years.
Jeff has created many training programs focusing on bodybuilding and muscle building in general but this one is special in that it is only for skinny guys and no body else. When Jeff was creating his system he decided to assemble a group of six test subjects to use as “human lab rats” and test his theory and principles on.
The six subjects submitted themselves to 12 weeks of following the Hardgainer Project X training system and at the end they all looked vastly different from when they begun. Before and after pictures were taken and it was quite amazing to see how these skinny guys could transform in such a small amount of time.
Whatever the program a thin person uses it’s important that it covers all facts in how to gain weight and maintain it. For example, take sleep, if your diet is optimum for gaining weight and your doing all the right exercises in the gym but your only sleeping 5 hours a night then your severely limiting your bodies ability to grow. Another example is if your training hard and getting enough sleep every night but your not eating much everyday then you will find it hard to build muscle and gain weight. All the training principles and ideas that are in Hardgainer Project X have to be used together or else the you won’t get good results.
