How to Plan a Successful Kids Party
Planning a party can be complicated but it doesn’t have to be. Choosing a theme is the first thing that will need to decided. This is, in my opinion the most difficult decision of the whole process. Once you have chosen a theme the rest is gravy.
Now that you have chosen a idea for a party theme, it is time to decide on the decorations that you would like. When choosing your party supplies you should also think about the type of plates, cups and utensils. Paper or plastic is always a good choice for easy cleanup.
If your budget allows you may even want to rent some of the party supplies you’ll need. You can do this on a budget or spend a months worth of your salary. I recommend doing some price comparisons online to save you time and money.
You have chosen a party theme and have decided on theme party supplies. It is time to look at a menu for the party. Finger foods that are easy to prepare are a good choice. You may even want to turn the party into a pot luck. This will save you money and give you a variety of foods. The other bonus to this style of party is that it reduces the amount of work you must do come party day.
Parties can be a great deal of fun to plan. This is an opportunity to do something very special for someone you love.
Birthday parties are a great time to gather the whole family together along with friends. Turn it into a BBQ or something as simple as a pizza party. Don’t forget the cake and ice cream no birthday is complete without it.
Celebrations are usually a family event full of party games and laughter. You can search online or at your local retailer for a wide variety of games and activities for all ages.
Maybe you would have more fun throwing a theme party. This can be more fun than you would have ever dreamed. This will enhance your party ten fold. Just the anticipation of seeing what everyone is going to be dressed like makes you feel as if it were your birthday.
It does not matter what type of party you throw or how much money you spend as long as you can have fun. Most importantly the memories that are created from a birthday party are priceless no matter your age.

Who is a smoker? A pinch of tobacco rolled in a small piece of a paper, one side FIRE and other side a FOOL - George Bernard Sha
100 million dead in the 20th century· By 2030, there will be more than eight million deaths every year·. By 2030, more than 80% of tobacco deaths will be in developing countries· One billion estimated deaths during the 21st century – WHO report on the global Tobacco epidemic, 2008.Tobacco use is a major cause of premature and preventable death in the world. It is currently responsible for the deaths of about 10,000 Malaysians each year and more than five million worldwide. If current smoking patterns continue, it will cause more than eight million deaths annually by 2030. It has been shown that up to 50% of long-term smokers will die of a smoking-related disease.
Cigarettes and other smoked tobacco products rapidly deliver nicotine to the brain immediately after smokers inhale. But because the effects of smoked tobacco last only a few minutes, smokers experience withdrawal symptoms unless they continue to smoke. Although standard cigarettes are the most commonly used type of smoked tobacco, other smoked tobacco products, such as bidis, kreteks and shisha, are gaining popularity – often in the mistaken belief that they are less hazardous to health. However, all forms of tobacco are lethal.
KEEP THE SMOKERS AWAY FROM YOUR FAMILY AND CHILDREN
Smoked tobacco in any form causes up to 90% of all lung cancers and is a significant risk factor for strokes and fatal heart attacks. The feel-good effect of nicotine reinforces the sustained need for tobacco, thus creating nicotine dependence. Because nicotine is so addictive, quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do. According to Assoc Prof Mohamad Haniki Nik Mohamed, Head for Department of Pharmacy Practice, smokers not only need to deal with physiological changes but also psychological and physical dependence to be successful at quitting and staying quit. When you stop smoking, the absence of nicotine in your system will cause withdrawal symptoms. Among the symptoms you may experience are restlessness, fatigue, dizziness and irritability. Heavy perspiration, diarrhoea or constipation, and headache are common symptoms as well.
